Simple, fresh ingredients like seasonal peaches, burrata, prosciutto, basil, and olive oil are arranged together to bring one of the best and easiest summertime salads ever!

Ingredients
  • 3 yellow peaches, cut into wedges
  • 4 (oz) package of prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1 (8 oz) burrata cheese ball
  • handful fresh basil leaves, whole or sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Arrange peaches and prosciutto slices on a wide serving platter. Tear the burrata into bite size pieces and arrange it on top of the peaches and prosciutto. Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.

Recipe Notes

Prosciutto can be left as large strips or cut in half for smaller bite size pieces.

This salad is also great with a balsamic glaze drizzle.

Salad best served immediately.
