How To Make Baked Feta Pasta

With a few simple ingredients, you’ll have yourself a creamy, salty pasta dish packed with herbs and lots of bursting flavors.

The extra addition of herbs here in this dish is a-must! So don’t skimp out.

In a baking dish, toss the cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced shallots, fresh herbs like basil, parsley, thyme, or oregano, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and olive oil until everything is well coated.

Add the block of feta cheese right into the center of the dish. Drizzle it with a little more olive oil and add more herbs or red pepper flakes if you’d like.

Bake for 40 minutes, the tomatoes should look blistered and feta should look soft, spongy, and a little brown around the edges.

While the feta and tomatoes bake, cook the pasta according to the package direction. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

When the feta is finished baking, smash the feta and tomatoes using the wooden spoon and toss the pasta in. Toss everything together until the pasta is covered in the creamy tomato sauce. Drizzle with additional olive oil and garnish with fresh herbs.
