Chipotle And Cheddar Pastrami Panini
Chipotle And Cheddar Pastrami Panini – Ooey-gooey, cheesy, and tangy pastrami panini sandwich. Have this on your plate in less then 15 minutes and this grill mark trick will make you look like a professional panini artist.
Ever wonder how these wonderful cafes’ get those grill marks on the bread of the sandwiches?
I’ve been using this heavy cast iron grilling pan for years and always wondered where the grill marks were on my food and why they didn’t transfer over from the pan. Am I using it wrong? Is the temperature not hot enough? Then why is my food burning and I still can’t find the grill marks?!
Apparently, it’s not that I’ve been using it wrong but there was something that was missing. I wasn’t using a heavy object to weigh down and press my food against the grilling pan. So, as a result of this revelation, I instantly whipped up a panini sandwich using this technique and bingo! Glorious grill marks!
This is the grilling pan that I’ve been using for years and is still in perfect condition and very durable!
