Mustard Glazed Salmon
Looking for a jazzed up salmon dish because that same ol’ recipe doesn’t impress you any longer? Look no further!
I’ve combined a stone-ground mustard (I like Inglehoffer Stone Ground Mustard) with light brown sugar and butter for an easy glaze and topped the salmon with chopped fresh chives for perfection.
The stone-ground mustard brings a texture to this glaze that no other mustard can do. Not only is the texture incredible, but it’s created with white wine and spices verses using vinegar in the other mustards, bringing about a strong tang and pungency.
Serve with sautéed broccolini and zucchini or on a bed of steamed rice.
