1/4teaspoonsalt
1/8teaspoonground pepper
1/4cupstone-ground mustard*
4tbspunsalted buttermelted
2tbsplight brown sugarpacked
3tbspfresh chivessliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season salmon with salt and pepper on both sides and place on baking sheet. In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, butter, and brown sugar. Spread mustard glaze onto salmon.
Bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Let cool for 5 minutes. Top with fresh chives and serve.
Notes
* Whole grain mustard can be substituted for stone-ground mustard. Both are very similar.
