Peach And Honey Iced Tea
Summer ain’t the same without a tall, chilled glass of peach iced tea served with lemon slices. And no it’s not the same as the one from the store. The lemon balances the sweetness of the honey and puts the fancy in sweet iced tea.

Ingredients
- 8 cups filtered water room temperature
- 8 peach tea bags with tags cut off - Bigelow brand is my favorite
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 lemon sliced
Instructions

In a large pitcher, add water and tea bags. Let steep for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir gently to prevent puncturing the tea bags.

Remove tea bags. Add honey and stir until dissolved. You may also use any other form of sweetener, like sugar and syrup. Add more honey for sweetness, if needed.

Refrigerate until cold, about 2-3 hours. Serve over ice with lemon slices.
