Cook rice according to package directions; set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning. Break apart the turkey as it cooks, about 6-7 minutes.
While the turkey is cooking, prep the pico de gallo. Dice tomatoes and red onion. In a medium size bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, pinch of cilantro, and a squeeze of one lime wedge.
Divide all ingredients evenly among 4 bowls. Start with rice, then turkey, corn, pico de gallo, half of an avocado, sprinkle with cheese and cilantro, serve with lime on the side.
