This buffalo chicken dip is ultra cheesy, loaded with shredded chicken, and has a ton of kick. The best part: it’s folded in with premium Pearls Specialties Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives, adding a creamy, piquant flavor and extra meaty texture. Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • ‌½ cup hot pepper sauce (Frank’s RedHot is my favorite)
  • ‌½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • ‌½ cup chopped Pearls Specialties Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives
  • ‌½ cup sliced Pearls Specialties Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives for topping
  • 2 green onions sliced, for topping
  • For serving: tortilla chips crackers, or cut veggies
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, half of the cheddar cheese, and chopped olives in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Transfer to a medium baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes or until the dip is heated through and bubbly. Let cool 10 minutes.
  5. Top with the sliced olives and green onions.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or cut up veggies.
