medium cooked diced chicken breast

chopped leafy greens

red bell pepper
seeded and thinly sliced

avocado
diced

balsamic vinaigrette

large tortilla wraps
about 12” in diameter
Instructions
In a medium bowl, toss together quinoa, chicken breast, leafy greens, bell pepper, avocado, and balsamic vinaigrette.
Divide chicken and quinoa mixture between two of the tortilla wraps.
Roll up into a burrito and serve.
