Chicken Quinoa Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 medium cooked diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup chopped leafy greens
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 large tortilla wraps about 12” in diameter

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, toss together quinoa, chicken breast, leafy greens, bell pepper, avocado, and balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Divide chicken and quinoa mixture between two of the tortilla wraps.
  • Roll up into a burrito and serve.
