Heirloom Caprese Salad
This summery caprese salad is plated with juicy, heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella slices, fresh basil leaves, and a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

- 4 medium to large heirloom tomatoes, preferably different in color
- 8 oz ball of mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 12-15 fresh basil leaves, washed
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella on a large platter, slightly overlapping each other. Garnish with basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, if using. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
