Ingredients
  • 4 medium to large heirloom tomatoes, preferably different in color
  • 8 oz ball of mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 12-15 fresh basil leaves, washed
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella on a large platter, slightly overlapping each other. Garnish with basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, if using. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
