Ingredients

For the Turkey

  • 1 (2 ½-3 pounds) bone-in turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • cup unsalted butter
  • cup honey
  • cup orange jucie
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water, optional for glaze thickener

For the Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 ½ pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved, and blanched
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

For the Turkey Breast (Pot 1)

  • Drizzle the turkey with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • Preheat the first pot (on the left) of the Crock-Pot® Multicooker on the 'Sear/Saute' HIGH setting. Once preheated, brown the turkey breast on both sides (about 3-5 minutes). Set side.
  • In the same pot, stir in the butter, honey, orange juice, Dijon mustard, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper, to taste. Place the turkey breast back into the pot. Spoon the honey glaze over the turkey and cover with the lid.
  • Select the 'Slow Cook', 'HIGH' setting for 4 hours for the first pot. Then, press 'START'. Spoon the glaze over the turkey breast every hour to hour and a half throughout cooking.
  • Optional: If using cornstarch slurry to thicken the honey glaze, stir the slurry into the glaze the last 20 minutes of cooking.

For the Brussels Sprouts

  • Preheat the second pot (on the right) of the Crock-Pot® Multicooker on the 'Sear/Saute' HIGH setting. Once preheated, add the butter, onion, and garlic. Saute until the onion is translucent and soft.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, milk, Gruyère cheese, and cheddar cheese. Bring to a gentle simmer. Toss brussels spouts into the cream sauce until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat on the 'BAKE', 'HIGH' setting for 20 minutes and press 'SYNC FINISH', 'START'.
  • In a small dish, mix together the panko breadcrumbs and the melted butter. Top the brussels spouts with the panko breadcrumbs. Cover and let cook.
  • Since the first pot is Synced, they will finish at the same time and the brussels spouts will remain warm until the turkey is finished cooking.
