Place instant coffee, sugar, and water in a small/medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, a whisk, or a spoon, beat all ingredients together until they are creamy and froth-like. This step will take anywhere from 2-8 minutes depending on what you will use.
Serve it chilled over a glass of ice and milk, or serve it hot over a cup of warm, frothed milk. Divide all ingredients equally between 2 cups.
Garnish with mint, drizzles of caramel or serve it as is.
To make one cup of whipped coffee: Divide all ingredients in half.
Ratio will be: 2-2-2
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
Serve over one cup of milk (warm or chilled).
