Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • 3 oz piece of ginger (about the size of a softball)
  • 4-6 sprigs fresh oregano
  • 4-6 sprigs fresh mint
  • 32 oz coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute, until juice is finely blended.
  • Place a mesh sieve over a large bowl. Pour juice into the mesh sieve. Use a spoon or rubber spatula to push the juice through leaving the pulp in the mesh sieve.
  • Using a funnel, pour the juice into a bottle or an airtight container. Store juice in the refrigerator for up to a week. Take 1 to 3 shots of juice per day.
