Place the baguette slices onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and rub with garlic. Place into the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until slightly golden around the edges.
Combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, basil, lemon zest and juice in a small bowl.
Place burrata cheese in a small/medium serving bowl and slice open with a knife. Pour the lemon-basil olive oil mixture over the burrata. Serve with garlic toasts.
