Olive Garden House Salad (Copycat Recipe)

This Olive Garden house salad is dressed with crisp lettuce greens, thinly sliced red onions, slices of roma tomatoes, pungent pepperoncinis, black olives, crunchy croutons, grated parmesan, and last but not least, drizzled with a tangy Italian house dressing!

For the Salad
- 2 (10 oz) bags of American salad blend or 6 cups of lettuce of choice
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup whole pepperocinis, drained
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- ½ cup whole black olives
- 1 cup croutons
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan, for garnish
For the Dressing
- 1 (1.7 oz) packet Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
- Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper , to taste
Place lettuce into a large bowl and top with onions, pepperocinis, tomatoes, olives, and croutons.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients or combine in a mason jar and shake until well combined. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss together.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve.
