PARMESAN AND CHIVES DUTCH BABY

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese divided
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped and divided
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place a 10 inch cast iron skillet(or any oven-safe skillet) into the oven and preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine eggs, milk, flour, butter, salt, and pepper. Blend until well combined.
  • Pour batter into a medium bowl. With a fork, hand mix half of the parmesan and half of the chives into the batter.
  • Remove skillet from oven. With a nonstick cooking spray, coat inside of the skillet.
  • Pour batter into the hot skillet.
  • Top with the rest of the parmesan and chives.
  • Return skillet to oven and bake for 20-22 mins. Serve.
