Plant-Based Protein Seed Mix

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds, hulled and shelled
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup flax meal
Instructions
  1. Combine all three seeds: hemp, chia, and flax in an air-tight container or large mason jar. Stir with a spoon or shake it up until all the seeds are mixed well. Sprinkle it on/into salads, pancake batter, overnight oats, place into sandwiches, and anything you can think of.

  2. *Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 months.
