Quick & Easy Mini Pizzas

Ingredients
  

  • 6 pita breads
  • 3/4 cup of your favorite pizza sauce
  • 1 1/5 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 20 leaves of fresh basil
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Arrange pita bread on 2 large baking sheets (I fit 3 pita breads on each sheet). Place 2 tbsp of pizza sauce onto each pita bread and spread the sauce out using the back of the measuring spoon.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of the sauce on each pizza. (Now this is where you can add any additional toppings).
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden and crisp. Top them off with fresh basil. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and parmesan. Slice and serve.
