Sautéed Broccolini With Sliced Almonds

Sautéed broccolini is one of the quickest and tastiest side dishes I’ve made. It’s cooked with olive oil and minced garlic in a non-stick pan and sprinkled with sliced almonds for a nice crunchy finish.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz broccolini ends trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp toasted, sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the broccolini, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes and flip the broccolini over.

  3. Cover and let it steam for 5 minutes, or until the broccolini is tender. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and serve immediately.
