Sheet Pan Sausage And Roasted Veggies
The Oktoberfest celebrations aren’t quite over yet! What’s not to like about a good sheet pan dinner? Throw everything together on a sheet pan, lay the sausages on top of the veggies, and let the oven work the rest of the magic!

- 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into 1 1/2 inch squares
- 1 red onion, quartered
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 pound bratwursts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place all your prepped veggies on a medium/large sized sheet pan, toss them with olive oil, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper until they are well coated.
Place the bratwursts on top of the veggies and a little spread out so they aren’t touching each other. Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy this sheet pan dinner with a side salad or as is!
