  1. Roughly chop the lettuce, cabbage, cilantro, and green onions. Transfer to a medium/large bowl. Chop the carrots and radishes into matchsticks. Transfer to the same bowl. Place the rest of the ingredients in the same bowl and toss together until well combined. Add more dressing, if needed.

  2. This salad can be made and stored ahead of time. Up to 3 days but not more. Hold the avocado, pepitas, Tajin seasoning, and Southwest Chipotle salad dressing and toss in when getting ready to eat.
