Ingredients

pineapple
cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1/2
cantaloupe
cut into 3/4 inch cubes

pear
cut into 3/4 inch cubes

apple
cut into 3/4 inch cubes

orange
cut into 3/4 inch cubes

lemon
juiced
handful fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Add all fruit, lemon juice, and mint to a large mixing bowl. Toss together until all the fruit is coated in lemon juice. Serve immediately.
Note: Fruit salad will not taste as fresh the second day. Best enjoyed same day.
