Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pineapple cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cantaloupe cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1 pear cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1 apple cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1 orange cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • handful fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Add all fruit, lemon juice, and mint to a large mixing bowl. Toss together until all the fruit is coated in lemon juice. Serve immediately.
  • Note: Fruit salad will not taste as fresh the second day. Best enjoyed same day.
