Garlicky Kickin’ Blender Salsa
After working for a boss who eats and breathes salsa, I’ve been on a mission to put together the perfect salsa recipe. After trying so many recipes, I’ve finally hit a home run. Here is what I came up with that seems to please everyone in the office, including the hubby. So now, when I make this salsa recipe for our taco Tuesday nights with the family, I bring in a bowl the next day and it’s gone within minutes!
GARLICKY KICKIN’ BLENDER SALSA

Ingredients
- 2 (15oz) cans fire-roasted tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 cup frozen or canned corn
- 1 jalapeño, seeded (add less if you don’t like the heat)
- 1 small onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lime, juiced
- handful cilantro, rinsed
- 1/2 tsp of salt, ground black pepper, cumin, and chili powder
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend/process until all ingredients are well combined.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
