How To Make Whipped Coffee
Whipped coffee is easier to make than you think. Instant coffee, granulated sugar, and ice water are beaten together to form a cloud-like, frothy, specialty coffee beverage. Serve over a glass of cold or warm milk. (Jump to Recipe)
Whipped coffee is also known as dalgona coffee. That name originated from South Korea and has now swept the internet (TikTok in particular). This drink is known for looking like a specialty coffee beverage but it’s really nothing more than 4 ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen.
A Few Ways To Make Whipped Coffee
Technique: To beat the ingredients together, use a hand mixer, milk frother, electric whisk, regular whisk, or simply beat it with a spoon.
Hot or Cold: Once your whipped coffee is ready, serve it chilled over a glass of ice and milk. You may also serve it hot over a cup of warm, frothed milk.
Milk Selection: Totally up to you. I used almond milk here but you may use regular whole milk or any plant-based milk.
Serve it with mint, drizzles of caramel, or just as is.
