Immunity Boost Shots - 5 Ingredients

Val came home the other day and mentioned something about not feeling so great. And the idea sparked.

Ginger (because it’s so good for many areas of health/it’s medicine), lemon (vitamin C), mint & oregano (for flavor), and coconut water (for the liquid portion of this juice).

Blend all of the ingredients and push through a mesh sieve. (You can also use a cheese cloth to filter out the juice from the pulp and peels. Pour the golden/greenish juice into a bottle and store in the refrigerator for a week.

After Val had taken some, he testified that that nights’ sleep was the best he’s had in years. Goes to show, food is medicine indeed.
