This super easy, viral dip is layered with creamy Boursin cheese, fig jam, toasted pistachios, and drizzled with hot honey. Serve with crackers, crostini, or apple slices.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 wheels of Boursin cheese
  • ¾ cup chopped pistachios
  • ¾ cup fig jam or preserves
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • Crostini, crackers, or apples for serving

Instructions
 

  • Toast pistachios in a skillet over medium heat just until barely toasted, about 1-2 minutes.
  • In a medium, shallow serving dish, spread the two Boursin cheeses into an even layer. Next, spread the fig jam over the cheese. Top with toasted pistachios.
  • Drizzle with hot honey. Serve with crostini, crackers, or sliced apples.
