Fig Boursin Dip Recipe
This super easy, viral dip is layered with creamy Boursin cheese, fig jam, toasted pistachios, and drizzled with hot honey. Serve with crackers, crostini, or apple slices.
Ingredients
- 2 wheels of Boursin cheese
- ¾ cup chopped pistachios
- ¾ cup fig jam or preserves
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- Crostini, crackers, or apples for serving
Instructions
- Toast pistachios in a skillet over medium heat just until barely toasted, about 1-2 minutes.
- In a medium, shallow serving dish, spread the two Boursin cheeses into an even layer. Next, spread the fig jam over the cheese. Top with toasted pistachios.
- Drizzle with hot honey. Serve with crostini, crackers, or sliced apples.
