Cuisine American
- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- ¼ cup stone ground mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper, divided
- 1½ pounds chicken tenderloins (about 10 pieces)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Whisk together both of the mustards, honey, lemon juice, rosemary, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.
Season chicken with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Heat olive oil in large pan over medium heat. Once hot, add chicken to the pan in a single layer. Depending on the size of your pan, you may need to cook chicken in 2 separate batches. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes. Once it's lightly browned, flip the chicken and cook for 2 minutes. Once chicken is almost cooked through, add the honey mustard sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Transfer to a serving dish and let cool 5 minutes before serving.
