Peach, Burrata, And Proscitto Toast
Creamy burrata paired with luscious yellow peaches, salty prosciutto, fresh basil, and sweet sweet honey!

- 4 slices bread of choice, lightly toasted
- 8 oz burrata cheese ball
- 2 large yellow peaches, sliced
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp honey
- pinch of sea salt
Lay out the toasted bread slices.
Divide and spread the burrata among the four toast slices.
Layer the peach slices on top of the burrata.
Fold each prosciutto slice into a ribbon and layer on top of the peach slices.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, a drizzle of honey, and a pinch of sea salt. Serve immediately.
