Dumpling Bake (Viral One-Pan Trader Joe’s Dumplings)
This viral One-Pan Dumpling Bake utilized an easy dump and bake method using Trader Joe’s ingredients and the end result is a pan loaded creamy red curry broth-y dumplings.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can coconut milk, shake really well before opening
- ¾ bottle of the Trader Joe's Thai Red Curry Sauce
- ¼ cup Trader Joe's Soyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound bag frozen dumplings/potstickers of your choice (I love the TJ chicken dumplings)
- 2 tablespoons Trader Joe's chili crunch
- 2 Green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine and whisk all the liquid ingredients in a large baking dish and then add the dumplings. Make sure all the dumplings are coated well and in a single layer, not overlapping one another.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Top with chili crunch and green onions. If you want the dumplings, just a little crunchy on the edges, I recommend baking for about 30 minutes.

Hi Pam, so happy you love them!
