Honey Garlic BBQ Grilled Pork Chops
These BBQ pork chops are grilled for the most perfect char and are basted with a smokey and tangy honey garlic BBQ sauce. (Jump to Recipe)
The pork chops are removed from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before cooking. This brings the meat to room temperature and ultimately helps with even cooking. They are cooked on an outdoor grill for the most perfect charred flavor. They are cooked for 5 to 7 minutes per side on medium/high heat. Towards the last 2 minutes of grilling, they are basted with a tangy BBQ sauce. Cooking them on a skillet also works wonderfully, they get a beautiful sear!
