Chipotle BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Nothing speaks louder to me about summer than a delicious, tangy BBQ sauce and Ribs!
I’m currently obsessed over the Kinder Mild BBQ Sauce and seem to reach for it every time I’m ready to eat something meaty. Yes, I’m obsessed! I’ve decided to give these BBQ ribs a nice kick with the McCormick Grill Mates Chipotle and Roasted Garlic seasoning for a change and I’m beyond stoked to share this flavorful, yet simple, creation with you!
CHIPOTLE BBQ BABY BACK RIBS

Ingredients
- 1 rack of pork baby back ribs
- 2 tbsp McCormick Grill Mates Chipotle and Roasted Garlic Seasoning
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Line a baking dish with aluminum foil. Place ribs in the center. Season each side of the ribs with the McCormick seasoning.
- Place another sheet of aluminum foil over the ribs; pinch and fold the edges so the foil is tightly sealed.
- Bake for approximately 2 hours.
- Remove the dish from oven and heat the broiler. Remove top sheet of aluminum foil and brush ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Place back into oven on top rack.
- Bake for 2-4 mins.
- Remove from oven once again and this time brush the other side. Place back into the oven.
- Finally, remove the ribs from oven and brush the last of the BBQ on top. Let cool 5 mins before serving.
