Brownies are good, but when Nutella is involved, now we’re talking delicacy on a level 10 flavor profile.
How to make Nutella brownies..
To make these brownies, start by whisking together the butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and Nutella until it is smooth.
Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until it’s well combined.
Transfer the batter to a prepared 8×8 square baking pan and spread out the batter with a spoon or spatula until it is even and extends to all corners.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the center of the brownies look almost set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out almost clean with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool on a wire rack before sprinkling with powdered sugar and cutting into squares.
To store the brownies..
Store them in an air tight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for no more than one week.
Brownies can be frozen for up to 3 months. They will need to be thawed overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
